摘要
利用X射线光电子能谱分析了乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/Al,EVA/Cu复合材料的界面,测试了不同乙酸乙烯(VA)含量的EVA/Al,EVA/Cu复合材料的拉伸剪切强度。结果表明:EVA与金属复合的界面大多是羰基与金属相互作用的结果;VA含量低时,随着VA含量的增加,与金属反应的羰基数量也会增加,EVA/金属复合材料的拉伸剪切强度也随之增加。但VA含量超过一定程度后,EVA本身的强度下降,从而造成EVA/金属复合材料的拉伸剪切强度整体降低。
The interfaces of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)/Al and EVA/Cu composites were ana-lyzed by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Tensile lap-shear strength of EVA/Al and EVA/Cu composites with different vinyl acetate(VA) contents in EVA were tested. The results show that the interface of EVA/metal composite is mainly formed by the interaction of carbonyl and metal. The numbers of carbonyl that can interact with the metal increase with the increasing of VA content at low VA content, and the tensile lap-shear strength of the EVA/metal composite increases too. The decline in EVA strength results in decreasing of the tensile lap-shear strength of the EVA/metal composite when the VA content exceeds certain value.
