摘要
目的：探讨总结善释D10聚丙烯补片修补术在治疗成人脐疝的应用价值。方法对成人脐疝27例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者均治愈,手术时间50~80 min,患者术后疼痛轻,无切口感染,切口Ⅰ期愈合。随访3~27个月,无复发病例,患者脐部无明显异物感,无术后慢性疼痛及补片感染等并发症。结论前路腹膜前补片修补治疗成人脐疝是一种安全、可靠、有效的手术方式。
Objective To discuss the effect of Shanshi D10 polypropylene patch repair in adult umbilical hernia.Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical date of 27 cases of adult umbilical hernia. Results All cases were healed during the stay in hospital, the operation time was 50~80 min. All patients had slight wound pain after operation, and there was no complications of infection. Results operative incision were primary healing, inquire for 3~27 months, no case had recurrence. There was no foreign body sensation in umbilical region. No case had the wound infection and the chronic pain after operation.Conclusion Anterior preperitoneal patch repair in adult umbilical hernia is a safe and credible operation method for adult umbilical hernia.
