Design and Finite Element Analysis of a High Speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对电机结构进行建模仿真,分别计算了空载和负载条件下的磁场分布,并对气隙磁场的基波和谐波分量进行了分析,结果表明该设计虽然谐波分量较高,但是基波幅值大,负载下的功率密度大,能够利用较少的永磁材料获得较高的磁动势,提高了永磁材料的利用率,对高速永磁电机的研究有一定的参考价值。 A high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was designed. The PMSM was modeled and analyzed by the finite element analysis (FEA) software of ANSYS. The magnetic field distributions under no-load and load condition were calculated, and the fundamental and harmonic components of the air gap magnetic field were investigated. The results showed that though this design contained much harmonic component, the fundamental component's amplitude was large enough. It supplied a high power density and made a good use of rare earth permanent magnetic material, which was helpful for the research of PMSM.
