内蒙古呼和浩特市新城区餐饮业从业人员卫生知识水平调查分析

摘要 目的了解新城区餐饮业从业人员卫生知识水平,并讨其影响因素。方法以新城区餐饮店从业人员卫生知识抽样调查数据为材料,自行制定问卷调查从业人员的基本情况和食品卫生相关知识。结果新城区餐饮业从业人员卫生知识知晓率、卫生行为合格率均为城区高于城郊结合部和农区,且随着从业人员文化程度的增高而上升,随着从业年限的增加而提高。结论应加强餐饮业从业人员的卫生知识培训工作,为食品药品监管部门规范从业人员卫生监督管理,制定更科学、有针对性的管理对策提供参考。 Objective In order to learn catering industry employee's health knowledge level in Xinchen District and to explore its influencing factors.Methods taking catering industry employee's health knowledge survey data in Xinchen District as the materials then making questionnaire to survey employees basic condition and related health knowledge.Result The rate of health awareness and acceptability for employees in Xinchen District are all higher than suburb and rural areas,if the employee in the higher education level and many years working experience then they would get better health knowledge level.Conclusion The catering industry should strengthen the training of employees in health knowledge,so as the Food and Drug Regulatory Authorities could be able to well regulate the supervision and management of health for employees,it also could provide useful reference to develop more scientific and targeted management strategies for related department.
