摘要
分析了开放办馆的服务模式对图书馆建设与布局的功能要求,提出图书馆可借鉴超市化的服务理念。在规划布局上采用"三统一、大开间"的模数式藏阅空间,在新技术应用上可借助计算机网络、移动阅读、RFID物联网技术等构建自助借还、信息集成的自由阅读环境,在服务管理上坚持以人为本,倡导"平等、自由、无障碍"的理念,注重环境设计,体现人文关怀。通过对某军队院校新建图书馆的规划与设计,探讨了上述建设理念的有效性与实用性。
In order to adapt the open service mode,the functionality requirements of construction and layout in library are analyzed in this paper.That library should draw on the supermarket＇s service philosophy is presented,modular space with Three Unity and Wide Bay should be borrowed on planning and layout.Using computer network,mobile reading and RFID,free reading environment involving self-service and information integration space should be built on the application of new technologies.People-oriented and Equality,Freedom,Accessibility humanistic ideas should be persevered and promoted on reader service and management.Meanwhile,reading environment should be designed elaborately to show humanistic care.The effectiveness and practicality of these concept are illustrated through the planning and design of a military academy library.
