摘要
为改变我国适航信息化管理水平落后的现状,推进民用航空迅速发展,在深入研究民用航空发动机适航取证工作的基础上,以航空发动机型号合格审定为对象,基于Teamcenter平台的权限管理、数据管理及流程控制等功能模块,设计开发了航空发动机适航信息管理系统,建立了适航取证工作的系统化、规范化管理平台,将取证人员、文档、审定流程充分融合,通过软件平台全方位统一管理,极大提高了工作效率,加快了适航取证的步伐。
To change the present backward situation of the airworthiness informationization management in China and to promote the rapid development of Chinese civil aviation , this paper took the aero-engine typecertification as the object on the basis of profound researches .And the aero-engine airworthiness in-formation management system was designed and developed based on the teamcenter platform ′s function modules,such as rights management ,data management and process control ,etc.Meantime,the paper es-tablished a systematic and standardized platform of airworthiness certification work as well which integrate the forensics personnel ,documentation and certification process fully .The comprehensively unified man-agement with the help of the software platform greatly improved work efficiency and accelerated the pace of airworthiness certification conspicuously .
