摘要
为了系统研究质子交换膜燃料电池在不同氢气流量、氧气流量和负载等情况下的电池性能及其规律,设计并搭建了用于测试质子交换膜燃料电池性能的实验系统。介绍了整个实验系统,包括阴阳极供气系统、加湿器、超温检测和氢气检测报警系统等,给出了实验系统的调试和实验方法。搭建的测试系统可根据不同的工况要求进行适当改动来实现大量程的应用,具有良好的灵活性。
In order to investigate the cell performance and rule of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) under the conditions of different hydrogen flux,oxygen flux and loads,a test system was designed and built.The whole system was introduced,including gas providing system for anode and cathode,humidifier,over-temperature measurement and hydrogen test alarm system.The system testing and debugging methods were discussed.The experimental system has high flexibility and can be adapted for wide range application according to the requirements of different operation conditions.
