摘要
知识产权问题是数字图书馆发展的制约因素之一,多年来一直是学者们研究的热点。通过分析2009—2013年我国数字图书馆知识产权的研究现状可以发现,该领域的研究重点为数据库知识产权、知识产权限制、信息网络传播权、Google library案例、利益平衡理论、资源共享与知识产权保护、著作权集体管理。
As one of restrictive factors of the digital library development, the intellectual property has been the research focus for many years. Analyzing the research status of the digital library intellectual property in China from 2009 to 2013, we could find that research keys of this field in recent years are the database intellectual property, the limitation of the intellectual property, the right of the information network communication, the Google library case, the theory of the interest balance, the resources sharing and the protection of the intellectual property, and the collective management of the copyright.
