摘要
目的探讨集束化护理在腹腔镜阴式子宫切除术(LAVH)的应用效果。方法选择我科2010年10月至2013年10月104例腹腔镜阴式子宫切除术患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,各52例。对照组采用常规护理措施,干预组在常规护理基础上采用集束化护理服务。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预组恶心、呕吐、腹胀及肩背酸胀、膈下疼痛、下肢血栓形成等并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,干预组患者对护理服务的满意度调查高于对照组。结论集束化护理是一种较佳的护理服务模式,能够有效降低腹腔镜阴式子宫切除术患者并发症的发生率,对促进患者早日康复有一定积极推动作用,大大提高患者满意度。
Objective This study aimed to investigate the application effect of cluster based care in laparoscopy vaginal hysterectomy （ LAVH） .Methods Chose 104 LAVH patients those who ever hospitalized in our depatment during Oct .2010 and Oct.2013, and they were radomly devided into control group and intervention group, each group including 52 patients.Based on the regular nursing , patients in the intervention group were treated with cluster based care , then compared the effect of two goups .Results The incidence of nausea , vomit, bloating and shoulder -and-black soreness , subphrenic pain , lower limb thrombosis of intervention group were evidently lower than those of control group , patients＆#39;satisfaction in intervention group was higher than control group.Conclusions The cluster based care is a kind of excellent mode , it can effectively reduce the incidence of complication of LAVH patients , facilitating recure and promoting their satisfaction .
