摘要
高等学校办学模式要适应经济社会发展需求,深入改革。推进高校与地方、行业、企业产学研用合作共建,完善促进行业高校特色发展体制机制是试点改革的重要内容。本调研报告基于对参与高校办学模式改革试点的部分高校进行的调研的结果表明,开展试点的高校在深度实施产学研用合作和推进与地方、行业、企业合作共建等方面成效明显,充分证明开展教育改革专项试点方向正确;试点运行过程中发现一些问题和阻力,表明改革确已进入深水区,破解体制机制障碍尚需努力。
The school-running modes of colleges should adapt to the needs of economic and social development and have deeper reforms. It is the key point of pilots to promote the cooperation of colleges with regions, industries and enterprises and to perfect the mechanism and system of industry university characteristics development. The result show that colleges reform in the pilots have remarkable achievements at produce-learn- research-use cooperation and cooperation of colleges with regions, industries and enterprises, which also demonstrate the correct direction for the pilot colleges to take the special education reform. And colleges reform has deepen that pilots have some problems and obstructions in the process, we must make great efforts to solve these obstacles both in mechanism and system.
