摘要
采用时期加权的两阶段广义最小二乘法,分析了1958—1977年、1978—2002年、2003—2010年三个阶段中国农地制度变迁对农业产出和农民收入的影响。得出结论:农地制度变迁本身及其对农业劳动力投入、资本投入的内生配置作用共同影响农业产出和农民收入,其经济绩效明显;在以家庭经营为基础的双层经营体制下和农地流转制度合法化的背景下,农地作为资本的杠杆性功能更强。最后针对在新的社会环境下加速增强农地的资本杠杆功能、为解决农业和农民问题开拓有效途径提出建议。
This paper analyzes the influence of farmland institution change in China on agricultural output and farmers＇ income in three stages （1958-1977,1978-2002 and 2003-2010） by using the period weight two-stage EGLS method. The result shows as follows; farmland institution change itself,the endogenous effect of it on agricultural labor input and agricultural capital input all affect agricultural output and farmers＇ in- come ,and the economic performance of farmland institution change is obvious;in the environment of two-tier management system based on fami- ly business and the background of legalization of farmland transfer system, the function of farmland as the capital leverage is more stronger. Finally,it proposes some suggestions for speeding up the capital leverage function of farmland and expanding the effective way for sol- ving the problem of agriculture and farmers in the new social environment.
