摘要
当前,我国处于群体性治安事件的高发期,如何正确的预防和处置群体性治安事件是各级党委和政府必须解决的重大课题。应当准确定位群体性治安事件的含义和性质,理性分析目前群体性治安事件的表现形式和社会影响,坚持以预防为主,完善预警机制,在党委和政府的领导下,相关部门协同作战,快速控制,公安机关作为维护社会治安稳定的重要力量,应当准确定位自己的角色,当好党委和政府的参谋,积极预防和处置群体性治安事件。
At present, China is in a peak season of mass security incidents, and how to prevent and tackle these incidents in an appropriate way has become a major issue that party committees and governments at all levels must address. It is essential to accurately figure out the meaning and nature of the mass security incidents, and rationally analyze the forms and social impact of the current incidents. We should adhere to the principle of prevention, and improve early warning mechanism. Under the leadership of party committees and government, all of the departments should work together with joint efforts, and quickly control the situation. Public security organs, as an important force in maintaining social order and stability, should accurately locate their roles, and be a good adviser for party committee and government staff to actively prevent and deal with the mass public security events.
