摘要
随着海洋油气田开发规模的不断加大,FPSO动态缆的铺设作业也日益增多。动态段电缆的铺设是整个电缆铺设过程中难度和风险最大的一个阶段,本文首先介绍了南海300 m以浅水深的FPSO动态缆铺设的主要技术,为以后的生产项目施工的程序设计提供借鉴,然后分析了铺设过程中存在的主要难点和风险,最后以文昌第二条动态缆安装为例,介绍了动态缆铺设施工技术的具体应用。
With the rapid development of offshore oil&gas field, there are more and more FPSO dynamic cable laying projects. Dynamic cable laying is the hardest progress with highest risk. This paper first introduces the main construction technology of FPSO dynamic cable laying within 300 m water depth in the south China sea, which can be used for reference for the procedure design of cable laying projects in future. Then, it analyzes the main difficulty and risk of dynamic cable laying. Finally, this paper takes the 2nd dynamic cable (Wenchang oil field) installation project for example to introduce the application.
