摘要
随着我国高等教育发展和高校后勤社会化改革的深入,切实改进和加强高校公寓辅导员管理服务工作,对高校公寓辅导员队伍机制建设研究具有重要意义。高校公寓辅导员队伍建设,应重视管理体制、考核和激励制度等的建设。
With the deepening of higher education and the socialized reform of logistics, improving and strengthening university dormitory tutor management services is of great significance to the study on the construction of university dormitory tutor team mechanism. To construct university dormitory tutor team mechanism, emphasis should be laid on the construction of management, evaluation and stimulation systems.
