摘要
本文通过金相显微镜,KYKY-2800扫描电镜和VANTAGE能谱仪等设备对北京产油泵后盖和德国产油泵后盖进行了分析。分析得出:北京产油泵后盖内壁表面存在的锈层为最后的抛丸工艺不彻底而遗留的产物,因此应加强抛丸清理的效率,在尽可能选择较小规格丸粒基础上,综合考虑丸粒硬度,抛丸机的型号以及抛丸时间等。
