摘要
目的探讨护理干预在糖尿病足患者治疗期间的应用体会。方法将46例糖尿病足患者随机分为干预组和对照组各23例,对照组只接受一般常规护理,干预组提供全面护理干预,观察2组的护理效果。结果干预组糖尿病足患者通过护理干预后治愈例数显著优于对照组,治愈16例,因足部严重感染截肢4例,因经济原因未愈3例,2组治愈率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),体现了护理干预的优越性。结论糖尿病足患者在治疗过程中接受有效的护理干预可显著提高疗效,降低并发症发生率,取得较好的护理效果。
Objective To investigate experience of nursing intervention in patients with diabetic foot. Methods 46 diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. 23 patients in the control group received standard nursing received conventional nursing while 23 patients in the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Nursing effect was observed in the two groups. Results The number of patients with diabetic foot after nursing intervention was more than that in the control group. There were 16 patients cured and 4 patients amputated due to serious infection and 3 patients failed to heal due to economic reasons, the result revealed that the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Diabetic foot patients received effective nursing intervention can significantly improve the efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.
