摘要
目的探究急性心肌梗死患者实施护理干预措施对其生存质量的影响,为健全科学、合理的心内科护理措施提供指导。方法选取88例急性心肌梗死患者,利用随机数字表法将其分别设为研究组和对照组各44例。2组均给予常规护理,而研究组在此基础上再进行心理及行为方面的综合干预。在住院当天及出院当天分别给予2组患者SF-36健康状况简易调查表进行测评,以了解患者当前的生存质量情况。结果 2组患者在实施护理干预前,其生存质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);待实施护理干预措施后,研究组患者的生存质量各项目评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预措施能够显著改善患者的生理、心理及社会功能,提高其生存质量,取得较为满意的临床效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life in pa-tients with acute myocardial infarction,and to provide guidance for improving scientific,reasonable nursing measures of Department of cardiology.Methods 88 patients with acute myocardial infarc-tion,using random number table group,were divided into study group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The two groups were both given conventional nursing,while the intervention group was given comprehensive psychological and behavior intervention.Health evaluation for pa-tients in the two groups were given and recorded with the SF-36 scale （Short Form Health Sur-vey ）.Results The quality of life of patients in the two groups had no statistical significant（P 〉0.05）.The nursing intervention measures,the quality of life of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures can signifi-cantly improve patients physiological,psychological and social functions and improve their quality of life,so satisfactory clinical effect could be obtained.
