桃新品种‘保佳红’亲缘关系的SSR鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 ‘保佳红’桃为河北农业大学选育的自然实生新品种,果实耐贮运,经济性状优良,亲本不明。本研究以22个疑似亲本桃品种为试验材料,利用SSR对‘保佳红’的亲缘关系进行分析。结果表明,30对SSR引物中有18对能在试材中扩增出多态性良好、谱带清晰的产物,扩增出的DNA谱带共89条,多态性谱带共67条,占总扩增带数的比例为75.3%,扩增出的片段大小均在100-1000bp之间。引物不同扩增出的带数不同,但均在3-8条之间,平均4-5条。聚类分析表明:保佳红与大久保的亲缘关系最近,相似系数为0.836,在树状图上被聚为一类。 Baojiahong'is a new bred peach cultivar of the Agricultural University of Hebei, which was selected from the natural peach seedings. Fruit exhibits a superior quality in postharvest storage, as well as the well economic benefit. However its parents were still unknown. In the present study, twenty two peach cultivars as the candidates, as well as‘Baojiahong', were used for SSR analysis, in order to discover the probable parents. The results showed that 18 primers out of 30 could produce polymorphism and legible alleles. A total of 89 DNA bands, with 67 polymorphic bands representing 75.3% of the total amplified bands were amplified. The fragment size between 100~1 000 bp, the number of amplified bands ranged from 3 to 8 for different primers, and showed an average of 4~5. Cluster analysis demostrated that Okubo' and‘Baojiahong'were clustered into one group in dendrograme, and showed a SM coefficient of 0.836.
