锦州9-3油田WHPB平台抗冰锥体的提升改造

摘要 为了分析锦州9-3油田WHPB平台冬季冰激振动明显的原因,在平台甲板布设了现场检测体系,对采集的冰荷载作用下的数据进行了分析,认为缓解振动的主要方法是增加冰锥对管线的有效保护,提出了在原冰锥下部增加一部分冰锥的改造方案,并进行了结构强度校核,结果表明新方案可以有效增加冰锥保护范围,使海水不直接作用于直立的管线结构,可以降低产生冰激振动的概率,能够满足规范要求。 In order to inspect the ice-i tion of JZ 9-3 WHPB platform in monitoring system has been placed nduced vibrawinters, the on the platform and the obtained data subjected to the ice loads have been analyzed. It is recognized that the effective method is to enhance the ice resistant cone structure to protect the pipelines, so that a modification plan is proposed to increase the ice cone under the original ice cone structures and verify the structural strength. The proposed method can increase the scope of protection of the ice cone and meet the requirements of the rules, which can protect the upright pipeline structures from the direct impact of seawater and decrease the possibility of the iceinduced vibration.
