摘要
公共图书馆电子阅览室是新时代图书馆的服务形式,加强其管理工作和提高服务质量,能更好地实现图书馆的职能。通过分析电子阅览室普遍存在的问题,从四个方面讨论了加强电子阅览室科学管理工作的方法,并提出了优化电子阅览室读者服务的措施,为公共图书馆的发展提供有价值的参考。
Electronic reading public library is a library service in the form of a new era, and to strengthen its management and improve service quality, better able to realize the functions of the library. By analyzing the electronic reading room widespread problem, from four aspects discussed strengthening the electronic reading scientific management methods, and proposed measures to optimize the electronic reading services provide valuable reference for the development of public libraries.
