摘要 国务院办公厅2013年下发的《国务院关于促进光伏产业健康发展的若干意见》要求,要大力支持光伏发电企业的发展,国家各部门要给予光伏企业相应的政策优惠,鼓励各类电力用户按照"自发自用,余电上网,电网调节"的方式建设规模化的分布式光伏发电系统。建立光伏发电不仅能为我分公司和公司产生效益,还可以减少二氧化碳等有害气体对环境造成的污染,为降低PM2.5贡献出一份力量。从榆次的地理位置来看,该地属于太阳能资源丰富的地区。应用光伏发电不仅有一定的经济价值,而且还有社会效益。在我公司的后院空地设计了100 kW的分布式太阳能电站。 The State Council 2013 issued "Several Opinions of the State Council on promoting the healthy development of the photovoltaic industry" requirement, should vigorously support the development of photovoltaic power plants, the state departments should give appropriate preferential policies PV companies to encourage all kinds of power users accordance with the "self-occupied, more than electricity access, power regulation" approach to building large-scale distributed PV systems. Application of photovoltaic power generation not only has a certain economic value, but also social benefits. In our backyard space designed 100 kW distributed solar power plants.
