摘要
布袋除尘风机被广泛应用于炼钢生产工艺的烟气除尘中。布袋除尘风机一般都是利用液力耦合器对风机进行调速驱动的。以涟钢210转炉厂为研究对象,根据用户点在炼钢各生产环节中除尘需求的差异,应用液力耦合器的风机自动调速功能对风机风力进行调控,从而有效地降低了电机的输出功率,提高了除尘效果,实现了节能环保的目标。
Dust bag fans are widely used in steel production processes in flue dust. Dust bag fan usually use hydraulic coupling for speed on the fan drive. In LIANGANG 210 converter plant for the study, the difference in steelmaking dust needs of the production processes according to the user point of application of hydraulic coupling automatic fan speed control function to regulate wind turbine, thus effectively reducing the output of the motor power, improved dust effects, to achieve energy saving targets.
