随着时代的进步和社会经济的发展,我国采矿事业也得到了迅速的发展,矿产资源是人类赖以生存和发展的基础,也是工业发展的动力。但井下采矿会受到诸多不良因素的影响,这就需要引起人们的高度重视,做好安全管理工作,降低安全事故的发生率,保证井下采矿安全。
