MTUS1与口腔鳞状细胞癌发病相关性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 口腔鳞状细胞癌是头颈肿瘤中常见的肿瘤之一,研究显示多种细胞因子及信号蛋白在口腔鳞癌的发生发展中起着重要的作用。线粒体肿瘤抑制基因(mitochondrial tumor suppressor gene 1,MTUS1)是一线粒体相关的肿瘤抑制基因,定位于染色体8p21.3-22,包括17个外显子,其编码的蛋白为血管紧张素Ⅱ受体的相互作用蛋白(angiotensin Ⅱ AT2-interacting protein,ATIP),包括ATIP1、ATIP2、ATIP3a、ATIP3b、ATIP4 5个亚型。近期研究确定MTUS1是肿瘤抑制基因,并广泛存在于正常组织中,在乳腺癌、胰腺癌、结肠癌、肝癌、头颈癌等肿瘤中MTUS1低表达,并有研究显示MTUS1的表达下降与口腔鳞癌的进展有关。笔者对MTUS1的结构、功能及其与口腔鳞状细胞癌发病的相关性进行综述。
