拔牙位点保存术的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 牙齿拔除术是口腔颌面外科门诊最常见的手术,患者由于严重的龋病、牙周病、外伤等原因拔牙后,拔牙创在自然愈合状态下会出现牙槽嵴的吸收和牙龈等软组织的萎缩、塌陷,从而丧失了牙齿存留时正常的牙槽骨丰满度和牙龈外形轮廓,这对患者后期修复缺失牙造成很大的困难[1]。为了得到良好的后期修复效果,有学者提出拔牙后实施位点保存术的观点[2]。拔牙位点保存术主要是基于拔牙后牙槽骨吸收和牙龈萎缩的这一现象,
