摘要
浙江自学考试在30年的发展中始终坚持"背靠政府、面向市场"的理念,以向农村拓展、向职教拓展、向非学历拓展作为三大战略选择,以实施专业和课程改革、建立学习支持服务体系、推行主考学校多元制、创建基层联络网点等改革举措,全面推进了浙江自学考试的持续健康发展。当前,面对新的形势和挑战,浙江自学考试必须通过重组、构建、升级三条路径推进自学考试治理体系和治理能力的现代化,实现自学考试的再次发展。
The idea of government-grounded and of the market-oriented in Zhejiang Self-taught Examination has been adhered for 30 years. Self-taught Examination in Zhejiang Province has developed and continues doing so healthily by three strategies, expansion to the rural area, to the vocational education and to the non-diploma education, and by the methods of carrying out major and curriculum reforms, setting up the learning support service system, implementing the multi-examination school system and creating grass-roots networks. Nowadays, as facing the new situation and challenges, Self-taught Examination in Zhejiang Province must promote the modernization of management system and ability by restructuring, building and upgrading in order to achieve its further development.
