摘要
以工程机械用NM400钢为研究对象,通过淬透性试验评定了钢材的淬透性能;研究了淬火、回火工艺参数对实验用钢力学性能的影响规律,优化了获得优良综合性能的NM400钢的热处理工艺。
Taking engineering machinery NM400 steel as the research object, the hardenability of the experimental steel was evaluated through the hardenability test; the effects of quenching and tempering parameters on the mechanical properties of NM400 steel were studied. The heat treatment process of NM400 steel was optimizated, and the excellent comprehensive performance was obtained.
