摘要
针对1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN热强不锈钢主轴工作在高速、中温、腐蚀环境中易发生的表面裂纹萌生与扩展问题,在热处理后引入几种表面喷丸处理工艺,并模拟真实工况,通过无损残余应力测试手段检验其喷丸处理的效果。结果表明,喷丸强度过小或过大均不利,合理选择喷丸工艺则试件的疲劳寿命可得到有效延长。
Aiming at fatigue crack initiation and propagation of heat-resistant stainless steel spindle while working in medium-temperature, corrosive and high-speed conditions, several surface shot-peening treatment processes were introduced after heat treatment. The real working conditions were simulated to evaluate the enhancing effects by non-destructive residual stress measurement. The results show that excessive low and large shot-peening intensities are adverse, and fatigue life of the spindle will be effectively prolonged by adapting an appropriate shot-peening treatment.
