摘要 通过对弯曲件弯曲变形的观察分析 ,并根据其变形的特点 ,将被弯曲板料分为变形区、过渡区和非变形区三个区域。在对三个区域的切向应变作了较为详细的分析讨论后 ,提出了应变中性层虽向内移动 ,但其内移量在各径向剖面内是不相等的这一说法。 Through bending analysis of bending parts, according to bending characteristic, the bending parts were classified into deforming area, transition area and un-deforming area. Through analyzing tangential strain of three areas, it found out that neutral layer of strain move entad, but the displacement is not equal in each radial section.
