查定了离子膜电解槽膜极距改造时盐水生产系统的各项指标,分析了引起盐水质量波动的各种因素,如一次盐水、二次盐水中的过碱量,pH值,钡、铁、硅、铝、锰、钙、镁、锶各离子含量和氯化钠的含量,以及作为生产原料的原盐、工业水、去离子水、离子膜再生水、脱硝淡盐水、高纯盐酸中的钡、铁、硅、铝、锰、钙、镁等离子的含量,并提出了相应的整改措施。
The brine preparation system for ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers was checked when the electrolyzers were transformed into the type of membrane-thickness electrode-distance. Various factors causing fluctuation of brine quality were analyzed, including the quality of primary brine and secondary brine, such as excess amount of base, pH value, such ion content as barium, iron, silicon, aluminum, manganese, calcium, magnesium, and strontium, and content of sodium chloride ; and the ion content in raw salt, industrial water, deionized water, ion-exchange membrane regeneration water, desulphated di- lute brine, and high purity hydrochloric acid, such as barium, iron, silicon, aluminum, manganese, improvement measures were proposed
