调查发现,GB 3100-3102中体积单位＂升＂的符号及地位条款存在以下问题：GB 3100—1986的相关条款与计量法规的规定抵触;多个印次的GB 3100-3102—1993相关条款有误,且未见正式公告更正;部分资料汇编中该系列国家标准的相关条款引述有误。建议有关部门关注上述问题并及时修订,减少不良影响。
According to the survey, there exist some provisions in the volume and the relevant regulation naccuracy between the symbols and status GB 3100-3102： The relevant terms of GB 3100-1986 conflict with the relevant measurement rules and regulations; Some errors occurs in part of the edition of GB 3100-3102-1993, which has no formal announcement of corrections; In part of the manuals, some lapses also exist in the relevant terms of the provisions of national standards. The relevant problems should be revised to reduce adverse effects timely.
