高频彩超对血液透析造瘘血管检测评估的作用

摘要 目的探讨高频彩超对血液透析造瘘血管检测评估的作用。方法采用GE Vivid 7dimension彩色多普勒检查22例血液透析患者造瘘血管情况,观察血管内外、吻合支管壁改变,附着、沉积情况和腔内血流状态监测及频谱分析。结果 22例血液透析患者中,1例桡动脉走行迂曲、2例造瘘口狭窄(钙化斑及血栓形成)、2例头静脉瘤样扩张、1例流出道狭窄1.1mm。其余16例血流通畅,血液透析率达标。结论高频彩超对血液透析造瘘血管检测明确,能够及时发现病灶,辅助诊断和治疗,是临床上直观有效的辅助检查手段之一。 Objective To explore the value of detection and evaluation for high frequency ultrasound used on hemodialysis fistula vascular. Methods Hemodialysis fistula vascular of 22 ccases was examined by GE Vivid 7 dimension color Doppler. Endovascular, changes, attachment, deposition of anastigmatic branch wall were observed. Cavity flow was monitored and spectrum was analyzed. Results 1 cases with radial artery tortuosity, 2 cases with stoma stenosis (calcified plaque and thrombosis), 2 cases with cephalic vein aneurysm, 1 cases with outflow tract stenosis 1. lmm. Blood flow of the remaining 16 cases is smooth. The qualified rate of hemodialysis is standard. Conclusion The detection is clear that high frequency color Doppler ultrasound was used on hemodialysis fistula vascularwhich can find the lesions timely and help the diagnosis and treatment. It is intuitive, effective, and one of the auxiliary examination means in clinical.
