摘要
浮式天然气液化装置(FLNG)是近年来海洋工程界提出的解决深海天然气田开发利用的有效途径,但与传统的陆上天然气液化装置相比,浮式天然气液化装置中脱酸工艺设计和设备选型布置都面临新的技术要求和挑战。设计了一种适用于FLNG的半贫液脱酸工艺,并通过模拟优化和工艺计算对半贫液脱酸工艺与传统液化工厂脱酸工艺在系统能耗、设备数量、设备质量、工艺复杂性和海洋环境适应性等方面进行了分析比较,结果表明半贫液脱酸工艺适用于浮式天然气液化装置,特别是在处理高酸气负荷的天然气方面具有很大的应用潜力。
Floating LNG production, storage and offloading concept (FLNG)is the effective solution proposed in recent years for deep-sea natural gas u-tilization, while FLNG faces new technical require- ments and challenges on acid gas removal process design, equipment selection and layout plan, com- pared to traditional onshore natural gas liquefac-tion plant. A semi-lean solution acid gas removal process has been designed for FLNG and compared with conventional process in energy consumption, number of devices, equipment weight, process complexity and adaptability of marine environ- ment, through simulation &optimization and e- quipment calculation. The results have shown that the new process is suitable for FLNG and has great potential especially in the treatment of highly acidic natural gas.
