Measuring Methanol and NMHC in the Atmosphere with Six-way Valve

摘要 采用单一进样口六通阀进样,Porapak Q柱和空柱两根填充柱及一个FID检测器的气相色谱法测定无组织大气中甲醇、甲烷、总烃和非甲烷总烃,测定结果均符合大气污染物综合排放标准中无组织排放监控标准要求。方法最低检出浓度分别为甲烷0.04 mg/m3,总烃0.04 mg/m3,非甲烷总烃0.06 mg/m3,甲醇2 mg/m3,且能保持良好的重复性,相对标准偏差均小于2%,满足检测的要求。该方法操作简单、灵敏且分离度好,具有较好的重现性和可靠的准确度。 Methanol, methane, total hydrocarbon and NMHC in unorganized air were determined by single injector six-way valve inlet, with Porapak Q column, a void column, and a FID detector and with gas chromatography method. The determination results were consistent with the unorganized emissions monitoring standards in integrated emission standard of air pollutants. The minimum detectable concentration of methane was 0.04 mg/m^3, total hydrocarbons 0.04 mg/m^3, NMHC 0.06 mg/m^3, methanol 2 mg/m^3. The method can keep the good repeatability, the relative standard deviation was less than 2%, can meet the testing requirements. Also the method is simple, sensitive and has good resolution, good reproducibility and reliable accuracy.
