摘要
NP4-68井是冀东油田部署在南堡4号构造的一口预探井,完钻井深4762m。该井钻遇良好的油气显示,且后期还要进行压裂作业,要求水泥浆一次封固段长达2062m,给固井提出了更高的要求。通过分析该井存在的工程难点,优化通井措施、优选胶乳水泥浆体系、采用低密度水泥浆降低环空静液注压力,辅以配套的固井技术措施,保证了水泥返高和固井质量。该井固井质量优质,达到了工程作业目的。
NP4-68 well in Jidong Oilfield Company is an exploratory well deployed in NanPu 4 structure,with the drilling depth 4762 m.The well has met good oil and gas shows,and later would need fracturing operation,demanding the cementing slurry seals an interval long to 2062 m,which puts forward higher requirements for cementing.Ensure the cement slurry returning to the designed depth with high cementing quality through the analyzing of the existing engineering difficulties,optimizing the wiper trip,preferably using latex cement slurry system with low density cement slurry to reduce the annular hydrostatic pressure,taking supplementary cementing technology measures.The well has finally achieved the operation objective with high cementing quality.
