提高新井产能技术研究及应用

摘要 近几年某发区油井压裂低效井比例达17.8%,比长垣内部平均值高9.5个百分点。究其原因一是压裂改造厚度降低,层位变差。压裂对象逐步转移到表内薄差层及表外储层,改造砂岩、有效厚度逐年降低到2.51m和0.91m。二是压裂工艺、改造规模没有因井制宜、采取"个性化"设计。结合油田精细地质研究成果,通过油水井边界条件,建立并求解数学物理模型,获得压裂优化设计理论并编制了"个性化"设计软件。现场试验表明,应用该设计软件取得了良好措施效果。 Recent years the ratio of the fracturing wells with poor postfracture response to the total fracturing wells reaches 17.8%in Xingnan development block,which is 9.5percentage points higher than the average value in Changyuan Oilfield.This is a result of the following two causes:first,the height of sandbody to be treated is less than before and the horizon is not so ideal.The fracturing objective has gradually turned to the inter-bedded reservoir.The thickness of sandbody has reduced to 2.51 mwith an effective thickness only 0.91 m.Second,the fracturing technique did not concern the very conditions of each individual well so that no individualized measure was taken.This paper presents the setting and computing of mathematical and physical models from boundary condition of injector and producer,and therefore the obtaining of the theory on optimization of fracturing design.This paper also gives the software compiled for fracturing design to individual well,which has been proved by field application.
