摘要
本文通过对"两型社会"建设的主要任务、重要领域进行梳理和系统分析,构建了"两型社会"标准体系。"两型社会"标准体系包括7个模块,其中每个模块都具有特定的功能。通过协调各模块之间的关系,使之互相补充、互相制约,发挥出单个模块不具备的整体功能,形成一个覆盖范围全面、结构清晰、便于实施、可持续改进的"两型社会"标准体系,能够指导"两型社会"相关标准的制定和实施,支撑"两型社会"的建设和发展。
Through the combing and systematical analysis for the main task and important areas of the environment-fi-iendly society＂ construction, this paper builds up the standard system of it. The standard system of＇ and environment-friendly society＂ includes seven modules, each of which has a specific function. Coordinating the relationship among the modules to make it supplement as well as restrict each other, and exert whole function that single module lacks, so as to form a comprehensive standard system with cleat structure and easy to carry out and be sustainably improved for and environment-friendly society＂, making the access to support the construction and development of＇ environment-friendly society＂
