摘要
针对现有国家地质标准中S59钻杆接头二维模型的有限元分析情况,论述了S59螺纹钻杆接头在ANSYA有限元分析中加载后的产生应力值和应力分布状况,研究了钻杆结构中存在的问题,提出针对S59钻杆接头结构的改进措施。研究表明,通过适当改变锥度、密封尖角和增加接触牙对数能够改善S59钻杆接头螺纹的受力情况。
The article intraduces in view of the existing national geological S59 standard drill pipe nipple two- dimensional model of finite element analysis results, and discusses the S59 thread tool joint ANSYA finite element analysis of stress values and stress distribution, study the existing problems. On the basis of this puts forward the improvement measures for S59 drill pipe joint. Research has shown that by appropriate change taper, sealing Angle and increase the contact tooth logarithmic can improve S59 force of the drill pipe nipple.
