摘要
[目的]观察健脾润肺解毒汤联合西药治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊及住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组25例单纯NP方案,顺铂35mg/m2,1次/d,第1、2d静滴;长春瑞滨25mg/m2,1次/d,第1、8d静滴。治疗组25例健脾润肺解毒汤(黄芪30g,党参20g,生白术、茯苓各15g,北沙参、麦冬、天门冬、百合各20g,白英30g,三叶青20g,半枝莲30g,壁虎3条,甘草10g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生活质量改善情况、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组完全缓解5例,部分缓解10例,稳定8例,进展2例,总有效率60.00%。对照组完全缓解0例,部分缓解7例,稳定12例,进展6例,总有效率28.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。生活质量改善情况治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾润肺解毒汤联合西药治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the spleen and lungs detoxification soup combined with western medicine treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer . [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 50 outpatients and inpatients were divided into two groups by drawing lots . A control group of 25 patients with NP regimen alone, cisplatin 35mg/m2, 1 times / d, the first 1, 2 d intravenously;vinorelbine 25mg/m2, 1 times / d, the first 1, 8 d intravenously. Treatment group 25 cases the spleen and lungs detoxification soup （ Huangqi 30g, Danshen 20g, Shengbaizhu, Fuling 15g, Beishashen, Maidong, Tianmendong, Baihe 20g, Baiying 30g, Sanyeqing 20g, Banzhilian 30g, Bihu 3, Gancao 10g）, 1 does/d, decoction 500mL, sooner or later, oral; western medicine with the control group . 21d is a continuous course of treatment . Observation of clinical symptoms, improvement of quality of life, adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy . [ Results ] 5 cases of complete remission, partial remission in 10 cases, 8 cases of steady progress in two cases, the total efficiency of 60.00% . Complete remission 0 cases in the control group, 7 cases of partial remission, stable in 12 cases, the progress of six cases, the total efficiency of 28.00% . Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Quality of life improved treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] spleen and lungs detoxification medicine soup combined with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treatment effect is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
