摘要
[目的]观察益气消囊汤治疗卵巢囊肿疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组50例桂枝茯苓胶囊,0.93g/次,3次/d,月经结束第2d开始服药。治疗组50例益气消囊汤(川牛膝、黄芪、白芍、丹参各15g,香附12g,延胡索、地龙、茯苓、当归、白术、赤芍、党参各10g,莪术9g,甘草3g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,3次/d,月经结束后第2d开始服药。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血浆促卵泡激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、肿瘤直径、血流动力学指标、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈19例,显效15例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈10例,显效11例,有效17例,无效12例,总有效率76.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。激素水平两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。肿瘤直径及血流动力学两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气消囊汤治疗卵巢囊肿效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the air sac soup treatment of ovarian cyst curative effect. [ Methods] Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. The control group of 50 eases of cassia twig tuekahoe capsule, 0.93 g/time, 3 times/d, 2 d end of menstrual medication. Treatment group （ 50 cases of yiqi away capsule soup （ Chuanniuxi, Huangqi, Baishao, Danshen each 15g, Xiangfu 12 g, Yanhusuo, Dilong, Fuling, Danggui, Baizhu, Chishao, Dangshen each 10 g, E＇Zhu9 g, Ganeao 3g）, 1 / d, Fried 300 mt water, 3 times/d, 2 d after the menstrual medication. Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, FSH, P and E2, tumor diameter, hemodynamic, indexes, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results] 19 cases in treatment group recovered, 15 cases were markedly effective, effective 14 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 96.00%. The control group, 10 cases were cured, 11 cases had marked effect, 17 cases effective, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P^O.05 ） . Hormone levels in the two groups were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Tumor diameter and blood flow dynamics in the two groups were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Yiqi capsule soup has the significant effect of ovarian cyst, is worth promoting.
