摘要
目的:检测髓样分化因子88(MyD88)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在梅毒患者血清中的表达。方法:采用ELISA方法检测82例临床确诊的一期及二期梅毒患者与48名正常人血清MyD88、NF-κB和TNF-α水平。结果:82例梅毒患者血清中MyD88、NF-κB及TNF-α水平均高于正常对照组,两者比较差异均有显著性(P<0.001)。结论:MyD88、NF-κB和TNF-α可能与TP感染机体后的免疫应答有关。
To measure the expression of MyD-88, NF-κB and TNF-α in the sera of patients with syphilis. Methods： Eighty-two patients with syphilis and forty eight healthy controls were recruited into the study. The expression of MyD-88, NF-κB and TNF-α were measured with ELISA. Results： The levels of MyD88, NF-κB and TNF-α in patients with syphilis were significantly higher than those in healthy controls （P〈0.001）. Conclusion： MyD88 and NF-κB may play a part of role in the immune response to treponema pallidum infection.
