摘要
目的探讨甲状腺实性肿块良恶性诊断中超声造影及定量分析技术的应用价值。方法从2011年10月至2013年10月间收治的甲状腺疾病患者中,按随机数字表法选取100例患者,均予以超声造影及定量分析。结果甲状腺腺瘤造影形态表现出迅速进入的特点,且上升支较为陡峭,较之周边的甲状腺组织,峰值相对较高。结节性甲状腺肿也表现出迅速进入的特点,且上升支较为陡峭,较之周边的甲状腺组织,峰值基本一致。甲状腺癌表现出缓慢进入的特点,且上升支较为平缓,较之周边的甲状腺组织,峰值相对较低。在峰值强度方面,甲状腺良恶性结节参数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但甲状腺良恶性结节参数在达峰时间和始增时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论超声造影和定量分析技术在甲状腺实性肿块良恶性的诊断中具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of thyroid solid mass in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid ultrasonography and quantitative analysis technique. Methods All of 100 cases patients with thyroid diseases from October 2011 to October 2013 were selected, all of the patients were treated with ultrasound contrast and quantitative analysis. Results Thyroid adenoma contrast form displays the characteristics of rapid access, and a steep rise, compared with the surrounding thyroid tissue, the peak was relatively high. Nodular goiter showed rapid access, and a steep rise, compared with the surrounding thyroid tissue, the peak was consistent. Thyroid carcinoma is characterized by slowly into the ascending branch, and was gentle, compared with the surrounding thyroid tissue, the peak was relatively low. The differences of peak intensity between the parameters of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were significantly （P 〈 0.05）. But the differences of benign and malignant thyroid nodules parameters in the peak time and enhancement beginning time between the parameters of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were all not significantly （P 〉 0. 05 for all）. Conclusion Contrast enhanced ultrasound and quantitative analysis technology has a certain application value in thyroid solid tumors diagnosis.
