摘要
嗜铬细胞瘤(PHEO)是一种神经内分泌肿瘤,外科手术切除是唯一可以治愈该病的措施。目前,大部分PHEO可通过腹腔镜手术切除,部分侵袭性或巨大PHEO需通过开放手术完成。达芬奇机器人手术系统的应用为复杂或大直径PHEO提供了除开放手术外的一种新选择,为患者提供了微创手术的机会。本文就国内外PHEO的外科治疗进展及手术方法的选择做一概述。
Pheochromocytoma （PHEO） is a kind of neuroendocrine tumor,which can only be cured with surgical resectione.Currently,most PHEOs can be resected by laparoscopy surgery and some invasive or large tumors need open surgery.The application of Da Vinci robot surgical system offers a new alternative to open surgery for the complex or large PHEOs.Besides,it provides opportunity for minimally-invasive operation.This review gives a brief account of the current situation and development of surgical treatment for PHEO and the choice of surgical techniques.
