Preparation,Characterization and Microwave Absorbing Properties of Fe_(85)Si_(9.6)Al_(5.4) Alloys in the Low Frequency Range

摘要 采用机械合金化法制备了Fe85Si9.6Al5.4合金,借助XRD,SEM,VSM和VNA,研究了Fe85Si9.6Al5.4合金的相结构、微观形貌、软磁性能以及Fe85Si9.6Al5.4/石蜡吸波材料的电磁和吸波性能.结果表明:采用一步法和两步法制备的FeSiAl合金的晶相均为无序bcc-Fe(Si,Al)相.一步法制备的FeSiAl合金形貌为不规则块状,而两步法制备的合金为片状.一步法与两步法制备的FeSiAl合金具有相近的比饱和磁化强度与矫顽力;但是与块状FeSiAl/石蜡吸波材料相比,片状FeSiAl/石蜡吸波材料具有更高的复介电常数和复磁导率,在0.5~5GHz范围内具有更低的反射率.厚度为2~5mm的片状FeSiAl/石蜡吸波材料,随厚度的增加反射率降低,匹配频率向低频移动;2mm材料反射率≤-10dB的带宽达1.07GHz. The Fe85Si9.6 Al5.4 alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying (MA) method. The phase structure, morphology, soft magnetic properties of the Fe85 Si9.6 Al5.4 alloys, the electromagnetic and absorbing properties of the FeSiA1/paraffin absorbers were investigated with XRD, SEM, VSM and VNA. The results show that the crystalline structures of the FeSiA1 alloys prepared by both one-step MA process and two-step MA process are disordered bcc-Fe (Si, A1) solid solutions. The shape of FeSiA1 alloy prepared by the one-step MA process is irregular, while the FeSiA1 alloy prepared by the two-step MA process is flake-shaped. The specific saturation magnetization and coercivity are similar to the FsSiA1 alloys prepared by two methods. Compared with the irregular FeSiA1/paraffin absorber, the absorber filled with flaky FeSiA1 alloys possesses the higher complex permittivity and permeability and presents .lower reflectivity in the range of 0.5-SGHz. For the 2-Smm absorber filled with flaky Fe- SiAl alloys, the minimum reflectivity decreases and the matching frequency moves towards the lower frequency with the increase of the thickness. The absorption bandwidth of the 2mm absorber (RL≤ -- 10dB) is 1.07GHz.
