摘要
结合济宁三号煤矿53下09综放工作面涌水状况,针对实际生产过程中出现的水煤运输过程中出现的问题,设计安装了一种用于煤矿井下皮带煤流的新型水煤分离系统。文章提出了利用水的流动性自然实现煤水分离,阐述了煤水分离的关键原理,并介绍了该水煤分离系统的结构、工作原理、流程。经分析和应用表明,该系统可对井下皮带运输煤流中的水煤进行实时分离,能有效地降低皮带上水煤的浓度,提高煤流运输效率,极大的降低水煤中水的比重。
