摘要
该文对豆薯进行简述和称谓指正,并进行自选豆薯品种及申报省级审定品系的肉质根营养物质检测结果报道。对豆薯肉质根的营养价值和保健功能及肉质根、种子的药用价值及其资源种植区域综合利用进行阐述,提出未来豆薯发展建议。
Jicama appelation was briefly introduced and the self-chosen with fleshy root nutrients detection which was approved variety were reported. The medicinal value of jicama root of the nutritional value and health care function and roots, seeds were described. The future development proposal of jicama was proposed.
