摘要
目的研究武汉地区汉族群体线粒体DNA RegionⅤ区9bp片段缺失多态性。方法 PCR扩增后采用银染技术分离片段,检测武汉地区汉族群体线粒体DNA RegionⅤ区9bp片段缺失的频率。结果在武汉地区汉族239个无关个体中发现标准型、缺失型两种多态类型,9bp片段缺失频率为17.15%。结论武汉地区汉族群体在DNA RegionⅤ区9bp片段存在缺失多态性。
Objective To investigate the 9bp deletion polymorphism of mitochondrial DNA region V in Han population liv ing in Wuhan area. Methods Polymerase chain reaction and silver-staining were used to detect the frequencies of 9bp deletion pol ymorphisrn of mitochondrial DNA region V in Han people living in Wuhan area. Results Two types of polymorphism including standard type and deletion type were found in 239 unrelated individuals. The frequency of 9bp deletion is 17.15%. Conclusion There is the polymorphism of deletion in mitochondrial DNA region V in Han people living in Wuhan area.
