摘要
针对国际和国内建筑业发展态势,对建筑业目前的一体化战略趋势进行了经济学解释,分析了纵向一体化和横向一体化的经济学动因和特点,并在此基础上探讨了我国跨国承包商的一体化战略,指出针对市场环境和特点综合应用两种一体化战略是中国跨国承包商的战略选择。
Aiming at the development trend of international and domestic construction industry,this paper conducted economic explanations to the integration strategy trend in current construction industry. The motivations and characteristics of vertical integration and horizontal integration were analyzed. On the base of it,the integration strategy of Chinese transnational contractors was discussed. This research shows that the comprehensive application of the two integration strategy according to market environment is the strategic choice of Chinese transnational contractors.
