摘要
随着中国和东盟国家企业之间的经济贸易往来增加,企业间的商务往来也日益受到彼此文化差异的影响。为此,深刻把握和分析中国-东盟之间的文化差异并消除其影响是十分必要的。本文从中国与东盟国之间的思维方式、价值观、风俗习惯与宗教信仰等几方面深刻分析了中国与东盟在文化价值观中的差异以及对彼此商务活动的影响。在消除文化差异对其开展国际商务活动所带来的消极影响过程中,企业应当采取了解中国与东盟各国文化差异所在,加强与东盟各国的文化融合,打造和培养一支跨文化管理人才队伍等措施来避免和消除这些影响的发生。
With the increasing economic trade transactions between China and ASEAN countries, the business contacts between two sides have been greatly affected by cultural differences. Therefore, a profound analysis on cultural differences between China and ASEAN countries is very necessary to eliminate its adverse effects. The paper makes a profound analysis on thedifferences in cultural values which impacts the business activities of each other from the aspects such as thinking ways, values concepts, customs, religionsof China and ASEAN countries. To eliminate the negative impacts in the international business activities brought by the cultural differences, companies between China and ASEAN countries should better understand the cultural differences, strengthen cultural integration, build cross- cultural management groups and take other measures to eliminate these effects.
