摘要
中国高等教育发展正受到全球化越来越多的挑战。这表现在:人才流失;本土文化被西方世界扭曲;政府对高等教育的影响力下降;实施促进不同民族文化融合的高等教育政策变得更加困难等。应对这些挑战,需要对中国高等教育现行的目标、管理制度与参与全球化的方式进行变革,并尽快确立适合中国高等教育发展的全球化战略与参与模式。
The development of Chinese higher education is facing more and more challenges from globalization. The challenges include brain drain,distortion of native culture,decline of the government influence on higher education and more and more difficulties to carry out the policies to promote integration of different ethnic cultures in higher education. It's necessary for the government and higher education institutions to change the goal of higher education,the management system,and select the strategies and ways of Chinese higher education to participate the process of globalization.
